Read vehicle data

Tool	Description
`list_vehicles`	Lists active vehicles and their VINs
`get_vehicle_state`	Returns battery, charging, climate, security, driving and location information

Use the VIN returned by list_vehicles to identify a vehicle in subsequent tool calls. For example, ask “What is my battery level?” or “Where is my vehicle?”

Every command requires a VIN. start_climate also accepts an optional temperature_celsius value from 15 to 28. For example, ask “Lock my vehicle” or “Start the climate control at 21°C.”
